Honor 20 Pro has a "holographic" glass cover made with a technique called Triple 3D Mesh. The 6.26" screen has a Full HD+ resolution (2340x1080 pixels) and a small hole in the upper left corner at the 32-megapixel camera. The hardware also includes the Kirin 980 processor, 8 GB RAM, and 256 GB storage.

The rear Quad Camera consists of a main sensor Sony IMX586 48 megapixels (standard lens f/1.4), flanked by sensors 16 megapixels (wide-angle lens f/2.2), 8 megapixels (telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom) and 2 megapixels (macro camera f/2.2). Connectivity is guaranteed by the WiFi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, Galileo, NFC, and LTE (dual SIM) modules.

There is also a fingerprint reader on the right side and the USB Type-C port. The battery has a capacity of 4,000 mAh and supports fast charging SuperCharge. The operating system is Android 9 Pie with Magic UI 2.1 interface. The price of the smartphone is 599.90 euros.

Honor 20 Pro was supposed to be on sale along with Honor 20, but the manufacturer had still received the Android license because of the ban imposed by the Trump administration. The certification has since arrived and now the smartphone can be purchased in several countries.
